Windows From the Electric Tower/Dave Anderton

The windows are in the living room of one of the Henry's Bend cottages. 

Leo J. and Frank (Sandy Sandrock) went to Monarch Park, after it permanently

closed down, and rescued the windows out of the Electric Tower. 

The windows were located just under the walk-around observation deck.
