The following modified description and images were found on EBay.  This is a small oval dish, baker or bowl made by O.P. Co Syracuse China circa 1904.  It's 5-3/4 inches by 4-1/2 inches by 1 inch high with a narrow rim used in the Monarch Park restaurant to serve a side dish.  Decorated and under glaze with an Art Nouveau scrollwork and a great portrait of a lion. The dish is also decorated on the sides under the rim. All details are in a blue green color.

The Lion was a trademark of Monarch Park as can be seen on this program of the park./Cynthia Wilson

Bottom is stamped in gold: O.P. CO SYRACUSE CHINA. There is also an impressed number 8. This dates manufacture by the Onondaga Pottery Company of Syracuse, New York to 1904./Cynthia Wilson
